These Terms govern use of SpaConnex websites, applications, booking tools, and messaging features. By using SpaConnex, you agree to these Terms.

SpaConnex service

SpaConnex provides software that may include appointment scheduling, customer management, communications, payments-related workflows, reporting, and AI-assisted receptionist features for spas and salons. Individual spas and salons remain responsible for their own services, pricing, staff, and customer relationships.

SMS messaging terms

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in, SpaConnex or the participating spa/salon may send transactional SMS messages related to your relationship with the business, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, and customer-service updates.

• Message frequency varies based on appointment and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from that messaging program unless you opt in again. Where supported, you may re-subscribe through the applicable opt-in process or by replying START.

Consent and business responsibilities

Businesses using SpaConnex are responsible for obtaining any consent required for their communications, maintaining appropriate records of consent, and promptly honoring opt-out requests. SpaConnex may provide consent-management tools but does not authorize unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or non-consensual communications.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Third-party services

SpaConnex may integrate with third-party providers for communications, payments, email, hosting, and other functions. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

Service availability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves.
