SpaConnex provides software and communications tools for spas, salons, and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how SpaConnex may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, applications, booking tools, and messaging services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, appointment details, business information, communications preferences, and information you submit through SpaConnex. We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve SpaConnex, operate bookings and customer support, deliver requested communications, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile and SMS privacy

If you provide a mobile number and separately opt in to SMS, SpaConnex or the participating spa/salon may send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices, and customer-service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile information and SMS consent are protected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except providers and aggregators that help deliver the requested messaging service or as required by law.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We do not use an SMS opt-in for unrelated marketing without the appropriate separate consent.

Sharing

We may share information with the spa or salon involved in your booking, vendors and service providers that help us operate SpaConnex, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent mobile opt-in information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for legitimate business, legal, security, and service purposes.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For messaging help, reply HELP. You may also contact the spa or salon directly regarding appointment communications.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
